Arquitecture
Our vision of Architecture is based on methodology and a starting point in the visualization of the interior spaces that are inhabited by people. Our humanistic approach, focused on the user, begins with the analysis of the interior space, and while committed to the environment, leads us to our unique approach of "inside-out design," a methodology we have called Inside-Out Design.
Certifications
Our environmental commitment requires us to design according to standards that adhere to international regulations, and needed by the project, our experts and certified team in environmental and wellness guidelines, are able to offer LEED and Well Certifications.
Corporate
Pioneers in Corporate Design in Latin America 25 years ago, we assume the responsibility of transforming spAces to improve the health and performance of millions of people who turn their offices into environments, enhanceing productivity and individual well-being. Our unique methodologies, an interdisciplinary approach, and a passion for innovation, we are pioneers in Neuro-Architecture and a benchmark in Corporate Design. Creating spAces that clearly communicate the organization's DNA, and designing spAces that become glue for collaborators, strengthens organizational culture and establishes what we call a "tribe".
Passion and curiosity have led us to explore different areas of design, different disciplines, sometimes using new technologies like 3-D printing, and sometimes working with complex processes, but always with a clear purpose of transforming through design. We decided to unleash our creativity without restrictions, giving birth to a no boundaries lab that has led us design an array of products including an Urban Jewelry line Collection, multi-award-winning wine, a book, a Collection of Recycling Bins and an Armoured Heart Sculptures Series, all inspired by Baumgarner´s personal experiences.
Education
Our social commitment includes designing educational spaces that serve as the foundation for transforming learning and the future of our community. For centuries, education has remained static, despite the dramatic social and labor transformations, and recently technological changes. With very deep foundations of n research into based on cognitive processes, we are pioneers in creating spaces that empowers learning, inspire students and transform traditional education.
Hospitality
Our aggregate experience, research, methodologies, interdisciplinary approach and understanding of the needs of hospitality brands have allowed us to offer solutions ranging from spAce Design, re:branding, UX Design, and even textile and handmade design that complements the spAces. We also give meaning through a holistic approach and a Storytelling that makes everything connect. Our projects developed in several countries have won several international awards.
Health
One of the areas where the impact of neuroArchitecture is extremely evident is in health spAces, where the benefits and repercussions of integrating "healing spaces" are measurable. Analyzing thoroughly and assuming the responsibility of implementing biophilic elements, understanding the impact of cognitive biases in design, and always using the latest research allows us to offer unique design solutions.
