Over the past four decades, a substantial body of research has firmly established that exposure to natural environments produces measurable benefits for people's physical and psychological health.
Neuro Hospitality
This is the fundamental premise behind spAce’s work and the conceptual foundation upon which Neuro-Hospitality is built. At our core, we are well-dressed cavemen. We may wear tailored suits, use sophisticated tools, take transcontinental flights, and rely on applications that organize our lives through a screen, yet the brain operating beneath all that infrastructure remains, in essence, the same brain that evolved to survive on the savannah. That brain continuously scans its surroundings for potential threats. It reads light cues to determine whether it is time to be alert or to rest. It measures the distance between bodies to assess belonging or exposure. It remembers emotions more vividly than facts. It seeks refuge, prospect, familiar materials, and signals it can readily interpret. Above all, it seeks tribe. Neuro-Hospitality begins with the recognition that human experience is shaped not only by what we think, but by how our environment makes us feel, often before conscious thought even occurs.
Wellness - Real State
Real estate’s greatest growth opportunity over the next decade will not come from within the industry. It will not be driven by new financing models, tax optimization, or artificial intelligence applied to portfolio management. Instead, it will come from an adjacent industry that most developers have yet to notice: the wellness economy.

He has more than 30 years of experience, a Mexican groundbraker in merging neuroscience and architecture. His focus on constant innovation has led him to design living spaces that transform people's lives and to share his vision as a speaker at various international forums.
