For a building to become an active player in the wellness economy, adding amenities is not enough. It must be reimagined through a system of concentric layers that work together to influence the nervous system, all while remaining focused on a single origin and a single destination.
We do not simply inhabit space. We are space. And when the human being becomes the center of every design decision, the built environment ceases to be a construction cost and becomes one of the most valuable investments in human well-being an organization can make.
