We are experiencing new ways of working and living together as human beings who, despite growing individually, are yearning to connect with each other through digital and physical space. We are faced with an important challenge, which now more than ever we need to acknowledge and thus restore meaning to work, to humans, to the individual’s needs and to the community.

Reflections are taking place on how good it is to see that most of us successfully adapted to a renewed model of flexible work, which is still evolving and has already changed the lives of many. A mix of working in the office, working from home and from third places can produce strong benefits for people, especially if managed through an optimal combination. It was thought that offices would disappear with the shift to remote work, but workplaces are now becoming more and more dedicated to being spaces for discussion, debate and brainstorming.
