In spAce –during the last 20 years– we have helped organizations to face change through the design of transformative spaces, and today it is no different: in the face of adversity, our passion intensifies. We have compiled a series of ideas and recommendations that can be implemented immediately in the spaces, recommendations that seek the well-being and health of the individual to create inspiring spaces that integrate the essence and culture of the organization, as well as COVID-19 free spaces that grant a safe return to the offices. Industries are undoubtedly facing one of the greatest challenges that have ever existed. The pandemic has caused a fracture in conventional business patterns: many models that functioned “fairly well” have now collapsed, and the fact that others were not working at all has become evident. According to several specialists, the COVID-19 crisis, rather than generating a change, has accelerated changes that were already approaching but were just approaching slowly.

We have organized this text into three arguments that we hope will help our clients and friends to establish short and medium term strategies to respond appropriately to the challenge we face today.
